Previews and returns
Previews must be requested on a purchase order, on school letterhead, or from your local Representative. They also may be prepaid by check or credit card. Previews being billed/shipped to customers outside of the continental U.S. must be prepaid in advance by credit card or check. Previews on letterhead must be signed by a responsible party and must include a statement indicating that he or she is aware the items must be paid for or returned in new condition within 45 days of the invoice date, that he or she will be responsible for paying for any damaged items or items not returned within 45 days, and that he or she will call for a Return Tracking Number before returning any items. We reserve the right to limit the amount of preview material sent in any one shipment. See below for information on returning preview items.
We have carefully selected all the items in our catalogs for quality and appropriateness for instruction. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, please call Customer Service at 1-888-892-3484 within 45 days of your invoice date for return instructions.
Returns must have a Return Tracking Number clearly marked on the outside of the package to be accepted in our warehouse. This enables us to keep your paperwork in order and ensures a speedy credit to your account.
Credit, exchange, or refund can be issued only for items returned in new condition. (It's OK to remove shrink-wrapping from materials to examine them.) You should return your items via FedEx or insured mail to ensure safe arrival.
