You can use a purchase order, send payment with your order, or use VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.
We stock almost everything listed in our current print catalogs. Most orders are shipped within three business days of receipt. We ship via UPS unless directed otherwise. Your package is fully insured. If you wish to cancel a back-order, please write or call.
Items not listed in a current catalog can be special ordered and usually take three to four weeks to ship. These items are non-returnable. We will call and get your approval before we order them for you.
Shipping and handling charges
These charges for shipping, handling, and insurance on all domestic orders will be added to your invoice:

As an added service, we will ship your order within the continental U.S. via express delivery service. Simply indicate your preference on your order or tell us when you call. You can have in-stock items in one or two days if we receive your order by 2:00 p.m. Central Time. Additional charges are $15.00 for Standard Overnight Service or $8.00 for Economy Two-Day Service. Express charges are non-refundable.
International shipping
Shipments outside the U.S. may incur additional shipping charges. Customers placing international orders that incur additional charges will be contacted prior to order fulfillment.
