Dealer Policies
The following policies pertain to direct-mail Sub-distributors, which are those Sub-distributors that mail catalogs, flyers, and/or other direct-mail marketing pieces. All Sub-distributor policies are subject to change without notice. Any orders placed after January 1, 2004, indicate your acceptance of these policies.

If any Sub-distributor's previous year purchases are $2,500 or lower, they will not be eligible for full dealer status (i.e., discounts, terms, etc.) in the following year. Orders received from such dealers in the following year will be fulfilled on a "courtesy" basis. Courtesy dealers will receive a 25% discount and all orders will be shipped on a prepaid or COD basis only.
Advertising Allowance
An advertising allowance of 5% of Suggested List Price will be deducted from each invoice if a Sub-distributor has met the Eligibility Requirements defined below. Such allowance will be considered an advance until such time as the Eligibility Requirements are met.
Eligibility Requirements:
- We will review Sub-distributor's catalogs, flyers, and any other direct-mail marketing pieces containing our products ("Marketing Materials") and will determine if the Eligibility Requirements have been met.
- If prices for our products are shown in any of the Marketing Materials, the price shown must not be lower than our own Suggested List Price in effect at the time the catalog is produced.
- Marketing Materials that include offers that indirectly violate the conditions set forth in No. 2 above will be ineligible, including but not limited to percentage discounts from Suggested List Price, "Buy X-Get X Free" offers, or "Buy X-Get a special price" offers.
- We will review annually the total amount our company has paid Sub-distributor for advertising allowances during the year ("Total Allowance") and will compare that amount to an estimate of Sub-distributor's costs for advertising our products. Our review will determine whether the Total Allowance exceeds Sub-distributor's cost for advertising.
At Sub-distributor's request, we will review any Marketing Materials before they are printed and mailed and will certify eligibility or ineligibility at that time.
Shipping, Handling, and Insurance Charges
These charges will be added to each invoice at the following rates, subject to a minimum charge of $5.60.
- Previous year purchases less than $15,000.00

We will waive all shipping, handling, and insurance charges for any orders over $250 prepaid by check! Most orders are shipped complete within 48 hours of receipt. The above shipping charges are applied to initial shipments and backorder shipments. Express service is available at an additional charge. Please call for details.
Suggested List Prices
Changes in our company's Suggested List Prices will usually become effective when our catalogs are distributed, usually on September 1 of each year. Sub-distributors are strongly encouraged to request current Suggested List Prices before the preparation of any Marketing Materials. Every reasonable effort will be made to complete and return price requests to accommodate Sub-distributors' preparation of their Marketing Materials.
Nothing in these policies is intended to require any Sub-distributor to sell any products purchased from us at any resale price, and Sub-distributor may resell and/or bid any products purchased from us at any price that Sub-distributor shall determine.
