Copyrights, duplication, and broadcast rights
All the programs in our catalogs are protected by U.S. and foreign copyright laws. You may use them in face-to-face education at a single location, and you may transmit them via a closed-circuit network from a media center to classrooms as long as the classrooms are within the same building or on the same campus as the media center transmission facility.
You may not do any of the following: reproduce, duplicate, or copy any materials except skill sheets and teacher materials; transmit any programs over any closed-circuit system beyond a single building or campus or to private homes; broadcast the programs over the public airwaves; or show the programs for an admission or other charge. Single versions of software may not be used in any network or multi-user system. You may not digitize a video without a license.
